We have reserved blocks of rooms at the following hotels during the weekend of the conference in April. When booking, be sure to mention that you are reserving under the “ACAL 45” reservation block to ensure the conference-specific rates and availability. The latter is crucial, as there is limited hotel availability over the weekend of April 19th due to the Kansas Relays. We therefore advice booking your accommodations as soon as possible.

Next, click the "Group code" button and enter "KULKULQ" if you'd like to reserve a room with a queen-sized bed or "KULKULO" if you'd like to reserve a room with a king-sized bed. Click "find" and proceed with the reservation.

This hotel is located on campus, just footsteps away from the conference venue. The conference reception on Thursday night will be held here as well.
A limited number of dorm-style rooms/apartments are available at the rate of $50.00 per person per night. If you are interested in this option, contact the organizers to make your reservation. Please note these are two bedroom apartments so you will be sharing the apartment with another conference participant.
